Sheet metal processing and fabrication

Dynaspede's in-house infrastructure includes advanced computer-controlled machines capable of forming complex sheet metal components. The facilities can also make fabricated structural elements required for the manufacture of electronic control panels and machine parts.

Machine shop and tool room

Extensive capabilities for foundry, rough machining and precision machining is available in multiple locations of the the Dynaspede group. Various capacities of turning machines, both computer-controlled and conventional, are available at all the locations and the feeder units. CNC wire cut-machines are used in precision component manufacturing and tool room applications. Machining centres and electrode discharge machines of various capacities are also available within the extended infrastructure of the organisation.

Surface coating and finishing

Various kinds of surface coating facilities, including both dry and wet applications, are available at a dedicated location in close proximity to the sheet metal fabrication unit.

Design and Prototyping

Dynaspede's design and prototyping facility includes skills and infrastructure for electronic design, machine intelligence, mechanical design, electromechanical design and related prototyping.

Electronics Assembly

Dynaspede's in-house facilities are available for the manufacture of Electronic control boards and customised components. The assembly line also includes panel building and online testing facilities.
