Planetary and custom-built gear systems for Critical Applications
 Dynaspede introduces a wide range of Magtorq GH-series precision planetary gear heads for motion and position control mechanisms in industrial automation systems, robotics, machine tools, medical equipments, packaging machines and other applications requiring high performance servo drive systems.
Magtorq gear heads are a product of decades of experience in manufacturing a variety of planetary gear reducers and customized gear transmissions for demanding and critical applications in Material Handling Equipment, Mining, Sugar, Paper, Steel, Power Plants, Wind Mills, Defence, Pharmaceuticals, and more.

| Servo Gear Heads |
 The Magtorq range of gearboxes are designed specifically for printing presses and manufactured on the basis of specific design inputs provided by the press OEMs.
The gearbox has a through and through input shaft which is rated to handle the full power that would be handled by the main drive or the line shaft. A right angle turn, through gears of appropriate design and ratio is required to power the print cylinder. This is generally of a low ratio.  Reduction gears are provided to power the doctor blades. The shaft for the doctor blades can be provided in an orientation to suit the machine needs.
Optionally through a differential (planetary) mechanism, the position of the individual print cylinder can be advanced or retarded in relation to the line shaft by rotating a hand wheel manually or by a motorised arrangement.
With its sophisticated facility, Dynaspede can design, manufacture and supply Gear boxes with customer-specific backlash values, ratios and shaft orientation. |

 Dynaspede has rapidly expanded its product range with revolutionary high efficiency gear units for a variety of applications. With co-generation and the use of energy-efficient equipment figuring prominently in the agenda of every Sugar Plant, Dynaspede took the lead in offering Magtorq energy-efficient gear drive systems for Sugar Crystallisers way back in 2000.
With over 1400 installations across India and many other places in South-east Asia and Africa, Dynaspede’s Crystalliser drives are an integral part of crystalliser specifications in the sugar industry.
These easy-to-fit, shaft-mounted Magtorq Crystalliser drives rated up to 7.5 HP, and for output speeds of 1 to 0.3 RPM, cover 45T to 100T capacities for the standard range of horizontal Crystallisers and up to 300T capacity for vertical crystallisers. Developed after an in-depth study of typical Crystalliser installations, the Magtorq Crystalliser drive employs high efficiency spur and helical gearing instead of conventionally used worm gearing. The overall efficiency of Magtorq Crystalliser drives is better than 90% and the installed motor rating is optimally used resulting in attractive savings in power consumption.
