IT21

IT 21 Series is DSP based intelligent tension controller designed for web tension control of unwind, intermediate and rewind sections based on feedback from load cells or dancer or diameter sensors. IT 21 is compact and versatile in nature…same model can be used for the winders and unwinders. The control is achieved in closed loop or in open loop mode, regulating the brake , clutch or drive.

The Tension controller IT21 is designed for web Tension control of unwind, feed reel and rewind sections based on feedback from load cells. It can be used with Powder or Pneumatic clutch/brake.

MT21

Controller MT21 is constructed in wall mounting, dust and vermin proof construction, incorporating electrical and electronics necessary for control of Dynaspede particle device. Enclosure of the control panel is rugged, standardized as per the standard engineering practices. Suitable cable entry hole has been provided in the bottom plate of the control panel for interconnection.

All necessary controls and monitors required for system operation are provided on the front portion of the controller. Refer overall dimension diagram drawing no. HGSL , to know about the operator’s controls provided in this controller.
